Principal - Joe Weldon
Joe Weldon founded JPW Asset Management in 2021 while running operations for a manufacturing company in the Midwest. Joe has a proven track record for executing on financial goals while growing and expanding his business. Joe is a proven leader who challenges his team to perform at the highest level. Joe completed his bachelors degree at Iowa State University and his MBA at the University of Iowa. Joe is driven by constant improvement personally and professionally.
Advisor - Paul Hassebroek
Paul Hassebroek founded Six Four Asset Management in 2019 after a successful career in the financial advisory and family office field.
Paul is a highly accomplished, results-driven asset manager with over 15 years of experience in real estate, finance, and operations. He has strong qualifications in developing and implementing financial controls and processes in addition to productivity improvements and change management.
Paul’s personal mission is to be a “catalyst for growth.” A natural networker and people connecter, Paul loves helping investors identify real estate investments that help them achieve their goals. He also coaches and mentors others who are getting into real estate investing full-time.
He developed a love of entrepreneurship at an early age, growing up working in a family-owned repair shop in rural Iowa where his parents owned several rental homes. Paul earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Augustana University (S.D.) where he was a scholarship athlete in football.
Senior Advisor - Rod Khleif
Rod Khleif is a multiple business owner and philanthropist who is passionate about business, high performance, real estate and giving back.
As one of the country’s top business, real estate and peak performance luminaries, Rod has built over 24 businesses in his 40 year business career several which have been worth tens of millions of dollars. He has also owned over 2000 properties.
Rod Khleif soared from humble beginnings as a young, impoverished Dutch immigrant to incredible success. Khleif’s experience involves both remarkable triumphs, and spectacular failures, which he affectionately calls “seminars:’ Rod will explain the mindset required to recover from losing $50 million dollars in the crash of 2008 to the success he enjoys today.
Rod brings incredible authenticity and insight to his approach to business, mindset, real estate, success and life. Rod can talk about the psychology of success, and any business or real estate topic in great depth, contributing incredible first-hand, technical, and motivational knowledge and skills to the conversation.
Rod also founded The Tiny Hands Foundation which has benefited more than 95,000 children in need.
